Through our partnerships and collaboration with local service providers, we made meaningful strides in supporting Orange County’s unhoused population.
In 2025, we took the next step in our evolution, expanding statewide as Housing for Health California (HHCA) to bring our program management model to providers across California.

We will strengthen provider capacity, set clear standards for program quality and compliance, integrate services across regions and use data‑driven, evidence‑based strategies to reduce homelessness, shorten its duration, and achieve lasting housing stability.
